Currently overseeing the revenue cycle for the City of Houston, Connie brings a wealth of practical knowledge and strategic insight to the classroom.

Throughout her career, Connie has assisted countless individuals in gaining momentum and building successful careers in the fields of medical billing and revenue cycle management. Known for a proven track record of recovering millions of dollars in lost revenue for a variety of healthcare organizations, Connie has had the privilege of collaborating with every major health system within the Texas Medical Center.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). She is also certified as a Medical Billing and Coding Specialist, a Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS), and a Certified Professional Biller (CPB).
